Monthly membership terms

Version: 14 September 2026. These terms govern the monthly course membership supplied by Noam Harel, The Hasidic Trader. They apply when you expressly accept the membership offer at checkout.

What your membership includes

Access to the six courses published when this offer launches: Market Timing, TPO – Market Profile, DOM / Price Ladder, ICT – Smart Money, Advanced, and the trading psychology course. Access is personal and non-transferable. Future courses, personal coaching and other services are included only if expressly added to your offer.

Price and monthly renewal

The total customer price is ₪650 per month, including applicable taxes. Membership renews automatically until cancelled. There is no minimum commitment, free trial or subscription coupon. This is an ongoing access membership; payments do not accumulate towards ownership of a course or the one-time bundle.

The first successful payment starts a full monthly access period. Renewal follows that purchase anniversary, rather than the calendar month's end. If that day is missing from a month, renewal falls on its last day; the original day is retained in subsequent months. Exact dates are displayed in your account in Israel time.

Failed payment and recovery

If a renewal payment fails, we send an immediate service email and retry during a seven-day grace period. If payment remains unpaid at the deadline shown in your account, subscription access ends and further collection attempts for that renewal stop. A failed first payment grants no membership access.

A payment recovered during grace covers the month beginning on the original renewal date. Grace days count inside that month; the next renewal date does not move. After final expiry, restarting requires a new successful enrollment and payment.

The payment provider securely saves your card for the authorized membership charges. When a payment result is uncertain, further charges are paused while it is reconciled; an empty payment search is not treated as a failed charge. Your account shows the current access deadline and any payment requiring support. A payment already processing when you cancel may still complete and will be reconciled separately.

Cancel renewal

You can cancel renewal from the membership page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and outstanding retry attempts. You receive email confirmation showing your access end date. Your paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling during unpaid grace ends that extra access; it does not create another paid month.

The public cancellation link provides direct access to these options. Provide enough information to identify the membership; never send card details or passwords.

Statutory cancellation and refunds

The paid-period non-renewal option does not limit mandatory rights to earlier cancellation, refunds or other remedies. Requests exercising those rights are handled within the periods and on the terms required by applicable law. No clause here creates a blanket no-refund rule or makes this account button the exclusive cancellation method.

Existing purchases, changes and notices

Ending membership does not remove access separately purchased under other course agreements, and your learning progress is retained. If you hold both types of access, their entitlements remain separate.

Your accepted monthly price and included scope will not change without advance notice and any consent required by law. No change is applied retroactively to a paid period. Material changes are communicated before they take effect, with an opportunity to cancel before a changed renewal.

Payment, renewal, cancellation and access messages are essential service communications sent to your membership email address in your selected language. Marketing email preferences are separate. Keep your email address current.

Learning content and other site terms

The courses are educational; they do not constitute investment advice or promise trading results. Copying, sharing accounts or redistributing content without permission is prohibited. The site's privacy and other applicable terms also apply. Where a general site clause conflicts with these membership-specific rules, these rules govern the membership, always subject to mandatory law. Hebrew and English versions describe the same membership; neither removes statutory rights.
